He is responsible for the overall leadership, direction, growth and development of the STT GDC group. He is also concurrently Deputy Chief Executive Officer at ST Telemedia (STT). Bruno joined STT in June 2014 to head the STT GDC business at its inception. Under his leadership, STT GDC has built a large portfolio of integrated data centres across a global platform which today boasts more than 170 data centres and 2.2 GW of IT load – STT GDC in India, Singapore, Thailand, South Korea, Japan and Indonesia and the Philippines, GDS in China, and VIRTUS Data Centres in the UK. Bruno also sits on the Board and chairs the Executive Committees in all these companies. An industry veteran in the telecommunications and data centre sector with more than 25 years of experience, Bruno was Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of Keppel Data Centres where he was instrumental in leading the company’s growth and business expansion in Asia and Europe. He was also responsible for setting up Securus Data Property Fund, an investment fund focused on data centre assets in the Asia–Pacific region, Europe and the Middle East, which was eventually merged with Keppel Data Centres’ assets as part of the company’s SGX REIT listing. Bruno holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with Honours from the National University of Singapore and a Master’s from Rutgers University, USA.Stephen MillerNON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR Mr Stephen Miller is President & Group Chief Executive Officer of ST Telemedia (STT). He is a member of the company’s Board of Directors. In his role as President & Group Chief Executive Officer, he is responsible for the company’s strategic direction, leadership and continued growth. Mr Miller joined STT in 2005 and has held various senior positions including Chief Financial Officer, and President & Chief Operating Officer. Prior to his current position, he was Consultant to STT for its portfolio companies. Mr Miller played a crucial role in enhancing STT’s business competitiveness and asset portfolio while simultaneously maintaining prudent financial management. Before joining the company, Mr Miller was Financial Advisor to STT on the combination of its data centre business with Equinix and Pihana Pacific, creating the world’s largest carrier-neutral data centre network. Mr Miller has over 25 years of global investment, financial management, strategic planning and CMT industry experience. He spent over 14 years of his career in investment banking with Credit Suisse, primarily heading its telecommunications and media group throughout Asia and the Pacific. Mr Miller holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, with First Class Honours in Economics and Finance, from the University of New South Wales, Australia.Jonathan KingNON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR Jonathan King is Group Chief Operating & Strategy Officer of ST Telemedia Global Data Centres (STT GDC). In this role, he is responsible for leading the growth of STT GDC into new regions in addition to managing the existing portfolio of investments. Since joining STT GDC, Jonathan has been leading the establishment and expansion of STT GDC’s high quality platforms across 8 geographies with significant presence in Asia. Prior to joining STT GDC, Jonathan was instrumental in the formation and operation of Securus Data Property Fund (Securus) where he was co-CEO. Securus was an investment fund that developed a portfolio of high quality data centres across Asia Pacific and Europe. This business has since been listed on the SGX as Keppel DC REIT (SGX: KDCREIT). Prior to this, Jonathan was an Associate Director at Macquarie Bank focused on real estate investment banking. Jonathan has over 20 years of global investment experience in the data centre, finance, real estate and engineering industries. In the data centre space, he has led over US$3.0bn of transactions since 2011. Jonathan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Honours) from the University of Sydney, Australia and a Graduate Diploma of Finance and Investment from Financial Services Institute of Australasia (FINSIA). He is also a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD).Nelson LimNON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR Nelson Lim is Group Chief Financial Officer of ST Telemedia Global Data Centres (STT GDC). He is responsible for the overall financial planning and management of the STT GDC group. Prior to STT GDC, Nelson held various leadership roles in Dell at the country level (Singapore and USA), regional and global levels, where his last appointment was Finance Executive Director, Dell Global. During his 14 years with the company, Nelson oversaw financial controllership and investment strategy, as well as organisation restructuring and transformation. Prior to Dell, Nelson held financial and business leadership positions at Hewlett Packard and KPMG. Nelson is an Accountancy graduate from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore and a certified Chartered Accountant.Neil CresswellCEO With over 30 years of experience in the data centre, technology and banking industries, building successful, high growth, profitable businesses with a reputation for quality, innovation and customer service, Neil joined VIRTUS Data Centres as CEO in April 2013. Since 2013, Neil has grown VIRTUS from one data centre of 3MW to now being the number one London data centre provider. VIRTUS now operates 11 of London’s leading facilities providing over 178MW of capacity. His leadership has transformed VIRTUS into one of the most innovative and fastest growing data centre providers in Europe with customers including leading global organisations in the financial services, technology, media and education sectors. He is responsible for overall leadership, growth and development of VIRTUS. Previously, Neil worked across UK, Europe, Asia and the U.S for companies such as BNP Paribas, IBM and Fiserv and was previously with Savvis (a leading global supplier of cloud and data centre service and a division of CenturyLink Inc), for 6 years, where he was Managing Director of the EMEA Region and the global financial services sector. He holds an honours degree in Business Studies from the University of Westminster and is a graduate of the Henley Business School Advanced Management Programme.Nathan LuckeyNON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR Nathan is a Senior Managing Director in Macquarie Asset Management and leads the Digital Infrastructure team in Europe. Nathan holds a number of non-executive directorship roles for companies within the business’s investment portfolio, including VIRTUS Data Centres and KCOM Group. Nathan is a qualified Mechanical Engineer, with expertise across the telecommunications, media, transportation and utilities sectors.Natalia AxtNON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR Natalia joined Macquarie Asset Management’s Real Assets team in 2010 as a graduate and has had a number of M&A and asset management responsibilities across Digital Infrastructure, Utilities and other infrastructure subsectors. Within Digital Infrastructure, Natalia worked on the divestments of Airwave and Red Bee Media, as well as successful acquisitions of Inea S.A. and, most recently, VIRTUS. In 2022, Natalia joined the boards of TDC Net and VIRTUS Data Centres and she is responsible for asset management of these investments. Natalia holds BSc Economics degrees from the Higher School of Economics in Moscow and the University of London and holds a Master of Financial Economics degree from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.Pauline WalshNON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR Pauline is a Senior Adviser for Macquarie Asset Management. Pauline has held a number of non-executive director roles, and currently sits on the boards of Angel Trains and EirGrid, Ireland’s electricity system operator. She is an advisory board member of the Indepen Forum which leads cross-sector discussions across regulated infrastructure stakeholders. From 2018 to 2021, Pauline was CEO of Affinity Water, the UK’s largest water-only company, where she restructured the business to deliver strong performance improvements. Prior to joining Affinity Water, Pauline was the Executive Director of UK National Grid Gas, responsible for safely operating and maintaining the UK’s high pressure gas transmission network. Pauline’s previous roles include Senior Vice President at Philips Electronics, group CEO of several renewable energy companies at Fred Olsen and she has held senior operational roles at Ford. Pauline holds an honours Mechanical Engineering degree from University College Dublin, Ireland and an MBA from IMD, Switzerland. She is an honorary Fellow of the Institute of Engineers of Ireland.
