He is also Chairman of ST Telemedia Global Data Centres (STT GDC) in India, Vice Chairman of GDS Holdings, Chairman of VIRTUS Data Centres in the UK and Director of U Mobile. Mr Sio was previously Chairman of STT GDC in Singapore and Executive Director of STT. He is a key member of STT’s founding team and played a vital role in the company’s development and growth including the formation of STT GDC. Prior to STT, Mr Sio has held various senior roles in corporate finance and investment management at Singapore Technologies, the former parent of STT.Neil CresswellCEO With over 25 years of experience in the data centre, technology and banking industries, building successful, high growth, profitable businesses with a reputation for quality, innovation and customer service, Neil joined VIRTUS Data Centres as CEO in April 2013. Since 2013, Neil has grown VIRTUS from one data centre of 3MW to now being the number one London data centre provider. VIRTUS now operates 11 of London’s leading facilities providing over 178MW of capacity. His leadership has transformed VIRTUS into one of the most innovative and fastest growing data centre providers in Europe with customers including leading global organisations in the financial services, technology, media and education sectors. He is responsible for overall leadership, growth and development of VIRTUS. Previously, Neil worked across UK, Europe, Asia and the U.S for companies such as BNP Paribas, IBM and Fiserv and was previously with Savvis (a leading global supplier of cloud and data centre service and a division of CenturyLink Inc), for 6 years, where he was Managing Director of the EMEA Region and the global financial services sector. He holds an honours degree in Business Studies from the University of Westminster and is a graduate of the Henley Business School Advanced Management Programme.Lim Ah DooNON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR Mr Lim Ah Doo serves as Non-Executive Director on the board of ST Telemedia (STT). He is also Non-Executive Director of ST Telemedia Global Data Centres (STT GDC) in India, VIRTUS Data Centres and U Mobile, and an Independent Non-Executive Director of GDS Holdings. Mr Lim is Chairman of Olam International and sits on the Boards of ST Engineering and GP Industries. Mr Lim was previously director on the board of STT GDC in Singapore. He brings over 40 years of banking and commerce experience, having held several senior positions including chairing Morgan Grenfell (Asia) and Vice Chairman of RGE (formerly known as RGM International).Zulkifli BaharudinNON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR Mr Zulkifli Baharudin is currently the executive chairman of Indo-Trans Corporation, a logistics and supply chain company. He also serves as a managing director of Global Business Integrators Pte. Ltd. Mr. Zulkifli is currently the Non-Executive Independent Director and Nominating Committee Chairman at Singapore Post Limited and the Non-Executive Independent Director at Ascott Residence Trust Management Limited. Mr Zulkifli also serves as a director on the Board of Ang Mo Kio Thye Hua Kwan Hospital Ltd., Thye Hua Kwan Moral Charities Limited, Singapore Management University, GB Vietnam Investments Pte. Ltd., Indo-Trans (Vietnam) Logistics Co. Pte. Ltd., GBI Capital Pte. Ltd. and Global Business Integrators Pte. Ltd. Mr. Zulkifli also serves as a Trustee of the Singapore Management University and is Singapore's Non-Resident Ambassador to Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan. He was also the independent director of Mentor Media Ltd., which has extensive operations in China, from 1993-2014. From 1998 to 2004, Mr. Zulkifli was vice president of Asia of Eagle Global Logistics/Circle International. From 1995 to 1998, he served as Deputy Managing Director of Concord Express Logistics Pte Ltd. From 1991 to 1998, he was general manager of Scandinavia Warehouse Pte Ltd. From 1984 to 1991, he held various positions in the Singapore Government Service. From 1997 to 2001, he also served as a Nominated Member of Parliament in Singapore. Mr. Zulkifli received his bachelor's degree in estate management from the National University of Singapore.Stephen MillerNON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR Mr Stephen Miller is President & Group Chief Executive Officer of ST Telemedia (STT). He is a member of the company’s Board of Directors. In his role as President & Group Chief Executive Officer, he is responsible for the company’s strategic direction, leadership and continued growth. Mr Miller joined STT in 2005 and has held various senior positions including Chief Financial Officer, and President & Chief Operating Officer. Prior to his current position, he was Consultant to STT for its portfolio companies. Mr Miller played a crucial role in enhancing STT’s business competitiveness and asset portfolio while simultaneously maintaining prudent financial management. Before joining the company, Mr Miller was Financial Advisor to STT on the combination of its data centre business with Equinix and Pihana Pacific, creating the world’s largest carrier-neutral data centre network. Mr Miller has over 25 years of global investment, financial management, strategic planning and CMT industry experience. He spent over 14 years of his career in investment banking with Credit Suisse, primarily heading its telecommunications and media group throughout Asia and the Pacific. Mr Miller holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, with First Class Honours in Economics and Finance, from the University of New South Wales, Australia.Bruno LopezNON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR MBruno Lopez is Deputy Chief Executive Officer of ST Telemedia and President & Group Chief Executive Officer of ST Telemedia Global Data Centres (STT GDC). He is responsible for driving the growth of ST Telemedia’s data centres business and providing the overall leadership and direction of the STT GDC group.Bruno joined ST Telemedia in June 2014 and has led STT GDC since its inception. Under his leadership, Bruno has rapidly grown the company’s footprint to more than 110 integrated data centres across a global platform. An industry veteran in the telecommunications and data centre sectors with more than 25 years of experience, Bruno was previously Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of Keppel Data Centres where he was instrumental in leading the company’s growth and expansion in Asia and Europe. He was also responsible for establishing Securus Data Property Fund, an investment fund focused on data centre assets in the Asia–Pacific region, Europe and the Middle East. Bruno holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with Honours from the National University of Singapore and a Master’s degree from Rutgers University, USA.
