VIRTUS MARIENPARK CAMPUS

The brand new campus, comprised of BERLIN1, BERLIN2, BERLIN3 and BERLIN4, is set to go live in 2026. The four individual buildings provide a total of 57.6MW of IT load. The data centres are designed to serve hyperscale, government and enterprise customers and will provide a range of hosting and cloud services.

VIRTUS WUSTERMARK CAMPUS

Located just 30km from the iconic Brandenburger Tor in Berlin and only 12km from Berlin’s city limits, this 204MW transformative project sets a new benchmark in mega scale data centre capacity for cloud and AI in Europe. The campus is poised to become one of Germany's and Europe’s largest scale green data centre campuses, adjacent to some of the largest contiguous onshore wind farms in the country.

MILAN1 Campus

Located in Cornaredo, within the Milan West data centre cluster, this 42MW site represents a key milestone in VIRTUS’ European expansion strategy. The site will provide ample capacity to support hyperscalers, enterprises and service providers as digital infrastructure demands in Europe continue to grow.
