We are pleased to announce the launch of the VIRTUS Service Management Centre (SMC). This service went live from 7am on Tuesday 2nd May 2017 and will provide a single point of contact for all customer operational requests and queries.

The SMC will be based at our LONDON4 facility and will be operational 24/7.
